General Return Policy
All orders placed with LOFIMECH are treated as final sale. We do not accept standard returns or exchanges unless the product arrives with a verified quality problem, visible damage, or you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We do our best to ensure every product is checked before shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team before taking any further action.
Please inspect your package shortly after delivery and notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds
If your request is approved for a full or partial refund, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the order.

Exchanges
LOFIMECH does not provide regular exchanges. Replacements are only available when an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the request has been approved by our support team.
Unauthorized Returns
